How Do You Want to Remember Your Birth?

We will arrange 2 prenatal meetings to discuss your birth preferences and needs, and practice comfort measures. This is when we get to know each other and start working as a team.

From the moment we start working together, I will provide unlimited phone/text/email support. Never hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns or to share your joys.

I am On-call for you 24/7 from week 37 of your pregnancy until your birth.

I will have contact with you during labor and join you when you decide you're ready. I'll attend your labor continuously until your baby is born.

I will stay with you for 1-2 hours postpartum and help make sure you are settled after your birth.

I will come for a follow-up postpartum visit within the first two weeks of your birth where I can provide support with processing your birth, feeding your baby (breastfeeding, chestfeeding and/or bottle feeding), new parent self-care directions, emotional support, newborn care, etc.

I am always available to you in the future to discuss your birth experience, connect you with resources and celebrate your family.
The Standard Birth Package
This package includes everything in the Standard Package, Plus:

I will go with you to 1-2 hospital tours or doctors visits.

If you have concerns over providers treating you with kindness and respect, I'll go with you. If you are nervous and want someone who is there for You, I'll go with you. If you want me there for any reason, I will go with you. It is my job to help support you and and be a resource for you.

PLEASE NOTE:
I believe that every birthing person should have doula. I am happy to offer sliding scale fees to people in the following categories: LGBTQ parents, single parents, teen parents, families where both parents are full time students, and people who are unemployed or underemployed - or any other situation I haven’t thought of.
I also provide pro bono services to one family per month based on need.
Let me know if you fall into one of these categories and what your budget is for a doula and we can come up with something that works for you. If not, I also offer installment plans and accept credit cards to accommodate need.
